3. Morgan Fox
Unfortunately, there is a decent chance that Morgan Fox gets priced out of the LA Chargers. Fox put together a really strong second half of the season for the Bolts and was the team's best pass rusher on the interior. Re-signing him to play alongside Sebastian Joseph-Day and Austin Johnson would be huge for the team.
While there is a chance that he gets priced out, the Chargers should still try everything they can to bring Fox back. Perhaps he is willing to take a team-friendly deal for Brandon Staley since Staley took a chance on him. That connection is the lone reason why Fox makes this list.
If the Bolts retain Fox then they are going to be just fine on the defensive line. In addition to Johnson and SJD, the team also has second-year defensive tackle Otito Ogbonnia as well as Breiden Fehoko, who played really well late in the season once he got a chance.
With a potential edge rusher in the draft, the Chargers will be completely set. There would just be that one missing pass-rush presence on the interior and that should go to Fox. Re-signing him on a cheap deal would be far better than drafting an early interior pass rusher in the 2023 NFL Draft.
If Fox has a market and if he wants to take a deal from the highest bidder then the Chargers will, unfortunately, have to look at other alternatives.
