1. Haason Reddick
After a disappointing start to his career, pending free agent OLB Haason Reddick has turned into a premier pass rusher in the NFL.
Totaling 7.5 sacks in the first three seasons in the league whilst a member of the Arizona Cardinals, Reddick looked well on his way to being an NFL 'bust'. Notching 12.5 sacks in his fourth and final season in the desert, the first-round pick from 2017 turned his fortunes around.
As a result, he signed a one-year, $6 million contract in Carolina. Following another stellar campaign in 2021 in which he totaled 11 sacks under Matt Rhule's defense, the Temple product is slated to hit the market again.
Reddick would make a good fit in Brandon Staley's defense playing OLB on the opposite side of Joey Bosa. Going after Reddick even if the team does in fact re-sign Uchenna Nwosu should still be considered by the front office whatever his contract demands may be. Defense wins championships, and signing Reddick to bolster the pass rush will push the Bolts that much closer to their ultimate goal.
