9. Kenneth Murray - 23rd overall, 2020 NFL Draft
Kenneth Murray very well may end up at the bottom of this list by the tine his Chargers career is done. However, given that Murray is only two years into his NFL life and has three more years potentially under contract I cannot put him rock bottom yet.
The fact that Murray, the second Chargers first-round pick in 2020, is already teetering on the edge of being an outright bust should be a massive issue for Telesco. The Bolts mortgaged their second and third-round picks in the 2020 draft to the New England Patriots in exchange for the pick that ended with Murray. Just two years later, that move may go down as the worst decision in Telesco's executive tenure.
The Oklahoma product has played linebacker in Gus Bradley's system, whilst playing the same role and some edge rusher under Brandon Staley. Despite the multiple defenses and roles that Murray has occupied in the short time he's been in the league, no signs of promise have been shown.
If 'K9' can't find success this season, then his time in the powder blue is likely over.
