10. D.J. Fluker - 11th overall, 2013 NFL Draft
In what turned out to be very indicative of Telesco's tenure thus far, his first pick ever as GM turned out to be an absolute disaster.
D.J. Fluker was selected 11th overall in 2013 out of the University of Alabama in order to provide some much-needed protection for Philip Rivers. The only issue was, Fluker didn't help the offensive line issues, he only exacerbated them.
After a decent rookie season, Fluker fell off massively in part to injuries and inconsistent play from himself. During his third season in the league, he was moved from right tackle to right guard where his play continued to slide.
Despite Telesco inexplicably picking up Fluker's 5th-year option, the Alabama product was cut in 2017, just shortly after the completion of his fourth season.
