2. Joey Bosa - 3rd overall, 2016 NFL Draft
Joey Bosa has solidified himself as one of the premier pass rushers in the NFL during his six-year career. After being selected 3rd overall in 2019, Bosa has thrived under the many defensive schemes he's played in.
During his six years, Bosa has totaled 58 sacks, 73 tackles for loss and 129 QB hits despite missing a hefty amount of games through injury.
Telesco deserves lots of credit for the Bosa pick based on the fact he had his entire pick of the draft board and could've gone in many different directions. Quarterbacks Jared Goff and Carson Wentz went ahead of Bosa, meaning Telesco ultimately held the first pick in the draft.
Despite the fact that in hindsight any other prospect he could've gone with would've tuned out good (Jalen Ramsey, Ronnie Stanley, DeForest Buckner, Laremy Tunsil), the GM deserves props for this selection.
