LA Chargers: 4 available players on offense that would fill out the roster

WR Danny Amendola
There has been some talk here and there about Danny Amendola retiring, but I really do like the fit of him in the Chargers blue simply because it opens up the games of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams on the outside since Danny is a notorious slot receiver, and a dyed-in-the-wool reliable one at that.
Big quarterbacks with big arms who can also be a bit wild do not need a smaller receiver like Amendola typically. Cam Newton, for comparison, was a big quarterback who lacked accuracy on his long ball and thus required big receivers i.e. Devin Funchess, Kelvin Benjamin etc.
But even though Justin Herbert has that same kind of rawness to him that Cam had or even a Josh Allen still has, he does not seem to require such a homogenous array of bodies to throw to.
But rather, he needs experienced guys who can get open and catch the ball he fires into them. He currently has Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Jared Cook, and a bunch of unproven guys with nothing but potential to go on, whereas Amendola adds another veteran pair of hands to the mix and shores up Justin’s game.
