The 2020 season will be important for the LA Chargers’ coaching staff

The LA Chargers are entering a transitional period in franchise history. Not only are they moving on from Philip Rivers under center, but the team has several new faces in the coaching staff that are going to (hopefully) have a positive impact on the team.

This season could define how successful the team is going to be in the coming years, especially with the new coaches in tow. If the season blows up in the Chargers’ face, similar to last year, Anthony Lynn might not even be safe from repercussions from the Chargers’ front office.

Lynn has all the makings of being a great head coach but another bad season with a talented roster very well could be enough to force the front office to look a different direction. Most Charger fans like Lynn and I hope that isn’t the case, but another bad season will heat up his seat.

Lynn is not the only coach on the LA Chargers with something to prove in 2020, as every coach is not only vying for their position in the organization but their status in the league as well.

Here are the three coaches that stick out the most with the most to prove in the 2020 season.
