Bold predictions for Chargers Week 7 game agaist the Titans

Chargers bold prediction: The defense gets Tannehill benched
Tannehill will be making his first start this season, and the Chargers defense desperately needs to show something. They haven’t been anywhere near as dominant as they were expected, but have a chance against a Titans team that was shut out last week against a Denver Broncos defense that is starting to piece it together.
Tannehill isn’t exactly a bad quarterback, but then again, he isn’t a good one either. The Chargers should be aggressive on the field and try to force turnovers to get their offense more opportunities against a stout Titans defense.
The most recent press conference gave us promising signs that Gus Bradley is making adjustments and giving playing time to talented players like Drue Tranquill, who can be a breakout star if he’s given more opportunities.

Tranquill isn’t the only non-starter who will need to step up if this is going to happen, as Brandon Mebane and Justin Jones won’t play Sunday, and Melvin Ingram is doubtful. Luckily, the edge is well manned by Bosa and Uchenna Nwosu, but the interior will need to step up.
The defense will show a glimpse of their potential and make Tannehill struggle and end up back on the bench in favor of Mariota.
