Can the Los Angeles Chargers get back on track after a sloppy loss to the Denver Broncos?

The Chargers put up only 13 points last week against the winless Broncos, dropping to 2-3 on the season. To get back to .500, the Chargers will have to defeat a team that may have more injury issues than they do in the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Both teams are off to disappointing starts after coming into the season with high expectations with many feeling that the season is likely already lost for the Steelers.

This game will take place on Sunday Night Football.

Top storylines

  • Hunter Henry is expected to return to the field for the Chargers in this game, but he may be on a limited snap count.
  • The Steelers will start undrafted free agent Devlin Hodges at quarterback. Mason Rudolph was ruled out after suffering a concussion last week. Running back Jaylen Samuels and wide receiver James Washington will also miss the game.
  • Melvin Gordon will look to improve upon his 31-yard rushing performance last week.

This is a game that the Chargers should win. However, nothing is a sure thing in the NFL and they will not be able to overlook the Steelers, who they beat in a Sunday night game last season.
