Chargers: Grades for every player through four games

Chargers grades:
Emeke Egbule
PFF Grade: n/a
Stats: n/a
Egbule has yet to register a snap on defense, and doesn’t have any stats so far. He’s just there for depth, and often inactive, but he may get activated with the injury to Ingram.
Grade: n/a (not enough snaps)
Cortez Broughton
PFF Grade: 85.6 overall, 60.0 run defense, 71.1 pass rush
Stats: One solo tackle, one stop, no total pressures.
Not much to go off here either, as Broughton is currently buried behind a lot of healthy interior defensive linemen. The seventh-round pick has a high overall grade, but it’s on just three snaps. It’s unlikely he sees the field any time soon.
Grade: n/a (not enough snaps)
Michael Davis
PFF Grade: 47.8 overall, 31.1 run defense, 58.8 coverage
Stats: Three solo tackles, one interception, two stops, one missed tackle, 30.0 passer rating allowed
Thank goodness he’s back, and he got an interception to announce it. Davis may not shine early, but hopefully he can get up to speed quick enough to get ready for a shootout with the Packers.
Grade: C- (missed games)
