The team kept Mike McCoy around for another season, but the team needed to make some type of move on the coaching staff. The team has fired Reich and will be looking for someone new to run the offense this year.

Ken Whisenhunt will likely be a name that we hear since he has already successfully run this offense before in the past. He is available and could be an option. The team could also go back to their Indianapolis Colt love and look at Pep Hamiltion as a possibility to run the offense.

At least we are looking for a new option to run the offense. Who will get the job to run it and get this thing moving in the right direction. The offense has a lot of pieces that they can work with. Philip Rivers is a very good quarterback and he has Keenan Allen and Antonio Gates to get the ball to. Danny Woodhead and 1st round draft pick Melvin Gordon should get a lot of love in the running game.

The new offensive coordinator will be expected to get this offense rolling in the right direction right off of the jump. Who will be brought in to make some magic for Philip and the rest of the squad? Who do you think the Chargers will bring in?
