After a 4 win season, the team will keep their head coach around for another season. We will see what the team does for their coordinators. We will see if there is any movement on the team in the coaching staff. Something has to change.

We better be changing something around in the front office or we will be in for the same crap next season. We will have a million injuries on the offensive line and will get to watch the piss poor play in the run game. Frank Reich should be the first coach let go and John Pagano should follow right behind him.

What is the reason for keeping a head coach that went 4-12 on the season and didn’t want to make any changes to his coaching staff or scheme in the middle of the year? We will find out if it is a smart decision next season. We already know that we have a head coach that doesn’t have the balls to go for it on 4th down when the team is marching in.

Hopefully someone with some experience can be brought in to run the offense and the defense. That is our only hope now.

Does anyone expect anything different from this team if the staff remains the same? We better make a change or we all will be pissed off to see what we do again for another season.
