It is Black Monday in the NFL and we will be watching the status on head coach Mike McCoy all day. He is expected to remain on the team, but there was a report a couple of days ago that said the exact opposite. We will see what Tom Telesco and the boys decide to do with their head coach.

Even if the team decides to keep Mike McCoy around for another season, they should look to make some changes with their coordinators. Offensive coordinator Frank Reich has not been good for the last couple of seasons. John Pagano has been around for a long time and has not done anything special on his side of the football. This team needs to find some coordinators that can help McCoy out.

When McCoy had some experience with his offensive coordinator with Ken Whisenhunt, this team was able to control the football and got to the playoffs. He is available and could be an option if the team were to let go of Frank Reich. If the team were to let go of John Pagano, they could stay in house with Mike Nolan as the defensive coordinator or they could look at someone like Mike Pettine.

This team cannot just sit around with the same coaching staff for another season. There has to be some changes and the team must make a few of those moves today. It is Black Monday and the team should be getting some new blood on the sideline.
