The San Diego Chargers finally have fired someone from the coaching staff. After all the disasters that the team has had this season, they decided to fire one of their coaches after a win. When it would have made a ton of sense to fire these coaches a couple of games ago, the team decided to make the move today.

After all the issues this season, the team has finally decided to move onto a new coach to run this disaster at special teams. The team finally got out of the single digit column in punt returns for the year after their last game and they decided to make the move.
The team had already run Jacoby Jones out of town and didn’t see any improvements with their latest player to take the return duty and now they finally are looking at the coaching staff as the issue.
The punting game has been a wreck as well this year. That has to be more of a situation with Mike Scifres showing his age though. The team did allow the Jaguars to block a punt last game though.
The special teams has sucked this season and the starting field position for the Chargers has been horrid all season. Some of those issues are on the special teams. Some of those issues are on the defense.
