Remember when some people were giving me crap about my frustrations with Donald Butler? Now Butler gets to watch the game like you and I do while Manti Te’o and Denzel Perryman do work on the field. I will take those apologies now for the people that said I don’t know jack about football.

Everyone is talking about the great game that the two of them put together. I have high hopes for those two in the middle of the defense and have always been excited about the two of them. Te’o is always around the football, he just needs to finish off his plays. If he can finish off tackles and pull down the interceptions that he gets his hands on, then he is going to be something good.
Now Perryman. That dude just wants to knock the snot out of people and he will be a type of linebacker that will set the tone on this defense. Anytime that he gets a clean hit on someone that comes at him, I enjoy that collision a little too much. I can’t wait to see how these two gel throughout the rest of the season and hopefully they will be able to start out the next season with some momentum.
The biggest question of the two will be injuries. We have seen Manti on the sideline too many times with his foot injuries.
It was just the Jacksonville Jaguars, but it was a step in the right direction.
What were people saying about Donald Butler just doing his job again?
