When we go back to the recruiting process of Tom Telesco for a head coach, it pains me to see Bruce Arians absolutely killing it with the Arizona Cardinals. It also pains me to see Ken Whisenhunt being brought in as a rental for a season.

3 games into Mike McCoy’s third season as a head coach, we are all starting to wonder if Tom Telesco made the right decision with his coaching staff. He had a great relationship with Bruce Arians coming from Indianapolis, but he went in a different direction. That seems like a mistake now.

Mike McCoy is reminding a lot of people of Norv Turner, but without the offensive genius part! McCoy can’t even get this offense moving and he will rarely take a risk. He is developing the nickname of Mild Mike. That is a far cry from the nickname of Magic Mike.
