The greatest San Diego Charger to ever live took his rightful place in the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday night. Although Junior Seau was unable to be there physically, there is no doubt he was there watching with pride as his daughter moved many to tears with her words about her dad the Hall of Fame linebacker, the greatest Charger and wonderful husband and father.

Syndey was as classy as classy could be as she spoke of her father, “Dad, you gave us your time, your presence your love but most of all you gave us your heart. You were more than just enough, you were everything.”

The Pro Football Hall of Fame would not allow her to give a full-fledged speech but she had beautiful words still during her interview. The speech she wanted to give can be found almost anywhere. You can read it here.

Twitter was abuzz during her beautiful introduction of her Hall of Fame father. Here are some of those reactions from media members and former teammates…

Impossible to watch Sydney Seau speak on stage at HoF without tearing up, or blubbering. Man, what heartfelt love about her dad. Beautiful.
