San Diego Chargers TE Antonio Gates has been suspended 4 games for PED use.

San Diego Chargers TE Antonio Gates has been suspended by the league for the first 4 games of the 2015 season for PED use. Mike McCoy said that Ladarius Green would get a big role in 2015, but we did’t know it would be because of Gates sitting on the sideline for a PED suspension.

Who put those steroids in his California burrito? That is messed up!

Philip Rivers is going to have to work without his favorite target for the first few weeks of the season. In the first 4 weeks of the year, the Chargers will go up against the Detroit Lions, Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns.

The ball will have to go around to Danny Woodhead more often in those first 4 games. He likely will be the trusted target in the situations that Philip would normally look for Gates.

What do you all think about Gates suspension? Is it surprising to you all?

Green is going to get his opportunities to step up on offense. He has always had the potential, but now he will be needed to step in to make plays.

What is going on with the San Diego Chargers this offseason? This is madness! We just need the season to start so we can put all the crazy talk to bed. So far we have talked about trading Philip Rivers to get Marcus Mariota. We have talked about Philip Rivers and Eric Weddle’s contracts that are still not here. We have all this stupid Los Angeles talk that won’t go to bed. Now we have Antonio Gates! This offseason needs to die.
