Mark Ingram

In his final year of his rookie contract, Ingram finally proved to be the hard nosed rusher he was drafted to be. He amassed 964 yards in just 13 games and averaged 4.3 yards per carry. He found the endzone nine times on the ground and put together a highlight reel that will greatly impact his upcoming contract. It’s hard to tell what you’re truly getting with Ingram because New Orleans uses a running back by committee approach that levels out the production of any one player. He will likely command the highest payday of any free agent running back not named Demarco Murray. Ingram is physical, runs hard, and would be a great compliment to the shiftier backs in Woodhead and Oliver.
