Arguably the most anticipated time of the combine this year is the Saturday group of quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs. You can rest assured that the Chargers scouts were paying close attention to the play-making skill positions. With an obvious need for a solution at running back and room for young talent in the receiving corps, the Bolts seem fortunate to have a class full of depth in both those positions. Although Philip Rivers is productive and healthy, the team will need to determine whether or not Brad Sorensen is the solution for the future backup role at quarterback.
With that being said, here are a handful of takeaways from group 2.
