Peyton struggled at the end of the year. He misfired on a few passes in the playoffs against the Indianapolis Colts. His struggles have now led to the firing of his head coach and entire coaching staff.

In the last 4 years, John Fox had a 46-18 record and was 3-4 in the postseason. He was able to get the team into the Super Bowl last season, but now finds himself on the streets. His assistants also will be looking for new jobs also according to Vic Lombardi. Adam Gase and Jack Del Rio were mentioned as head coaching candidates as coordinators, but now don’t even have a job. If one of them lands a head coaching gig, the other could come along as a coordinator. Both coordinators still could land a head coaching job with the openings still around the league.

The AFC West is going to have a new look. The Broncos will have a completely new coaching staff. They have won the division for the last 4 seasons, but now the world is flipped all the way around. This will be a good time for the Chargers to make their move on the division. It is wide open for the taking!
