Eddie Royal, Age 28, Experience 6 seasons

Eddie has become a big red zone threat for the San Diego Chargers offense in the last couple of seasons with Mike McCoy as the head coach. He scored 8 touchdowns in 2013 and 7 touchdowns in 2014. Too bad he was unable to hold the ball on a couple of red zone throws in Week 17 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Philip Rivers and Eddie Royal have built up a nice chemistry on offense. Eddir brings experience to the roster and is familiar with the playbook. He would be a solid player to bring back to play in the slot. The team could use another threat at wide receiver, but  Royal has been a solid player in his role.

For some reason, I think Eddie is older than 28. It must be the number of injuries he deals with throughout the season. The team should bring him back to play in the slot.
