The San Diego Chargers are in need of a lot of help during the offseason. The team was depleted at the end of the year because of injuries, but there were other issues that the team was unable to overcome throughout the year. The offensive line was a struggle all season long. The playcalling on offense was questionable. The running game was terrible. There were a lot of areas that could have been improved, so Tom Telesco will have to make some improvements to the roster and may have to make a change on the coaching staff.

Philip Rivers and the offense struggled too often this season. They were shutout during the year by the Miami Dolphins and in the most critical game of the year with the playoffs on the line, the team was only able to score 7 points against the Chiefs. The team needs to get better all the way around.

Here are some of the players that will be becoming free agents at the end of the season and some thoughts on what the Chargers will do with all of them.
