Philip Rivers Makes A Poor Throw That is Intercepted for TD [VINE]

Philip Rivers has not been as accurate as we have wanted him to be of late. With the Chargers getting to the red zone, the team decided to call a passing play and Philip targeted Keenan Allen on the pass. He threw the ball outside to Allen and should have thrown it to his inside shoulder instead.
