Rich Ohrnberger and Ryan Carrethers were both on the sideline today kicking it with the training staff. Not sure if they will be able to get into the game this weekend against the St. Louis Rams.
Chargers center Rich Ohrnberger (ankle), NT Ryan Carrethers (elbow) not practicing. LB Dwight Freeney is after weekly rest Wednesday.

How many different centers will we have to run through this season. How many injuries do we have to run through at that spot. Who is next in line? Is that Bobby Joe we are throwing out there from the local Vons yet?

Ohrnberger will likely miss out and rookie Chris Watt would be the man who would take over the starting gig. We might as well keep him in as the starter. He was brought over to be the future at the position, so we might as well let him learn now. Ohrnberger has been dealing with all kinds of injuries this season. All are centers should show up on the sideline in wheelchairs to show their support for Watt.
Ryan Carrethers likely will miss out in the game as well. His elbow injury was gross. At least it looks like we will get Sean Lissemore back in the game to start in the middle.
Remember when this injury list was so long we didn’t even list people on it because we knew they wouldn’t play? Things sure have changed. Now we just need to get the player to work it out on the field.
