San Diego Chargers Sign Offensive Lineman?

By Ernie Padaon

Did the San Diego Chargers pick up some help for the offensive line during the BYE week? Just saw someone post this tweet out by Ryan Miller during the BYE week.

When opportunity knocks, kick the door down. #Chargers #bolts #cailbound

Ryan Miller is a huge guard that is a free agent and had previously played with the Denver Broncos. The dude stands at 6-foot-7 and 321 pounds. He is massive! BUT CAN HE BLOCK!?!?!

I would love someone that huge in the middle of the line, but can he handle the play in the middle of the line? There is a reason that he is without a job at this point. I can’t expect for gifts to arrive in the middle of the year to help things out, but it has happened in the past.

I hope we did sign a lineman. I hope we are trying to get something to happen.
