San Diego Chargers LB Melvin Ingram returned to the practice field today with the rest of his team. He remained on the IR list with the designation to return, but it seems like he will be ready to join the team at some point soon.

Ingram was first able to re-join the team this week from the injured reserve and he has immediately jumped on the practice field. He would be a great player to have back on the field for the defense. The defense could use some help out there and Ingram brings some things that were lacking.
Hopefully he will be able to continue with practice this week and not have any setbacks. He could return as early as Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. It would be nice. He helped bring some momentum to the team last year and could do the same this season.
