Philip Rivers – What Has Gone Wrong?

TRUST

We talked about the trust issues a little bit already, but it is a big issue on his downfall. He needs to trust his players on the field to make the play. He needs to get the ball to the open player and allow them to pick up the yards.

He has to find the open player and take the yards that they are given. He has fallen in love with the long ball a little bit and has gone away from some of his other options.

Malcom Floyd and Antonio Gates are his favorite receivers. He locks in on them often, but needs to move on and get the ball out to his other players. Eddie Royal and Keenan Allen can make some plays for the team down the field also.
