The Eddie Royal injury is not thought to be serious. He hurt his rib in the 3rd quarter against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday and never returned to the game. While he was sitting on the sideline, his snaps were going to Seyi Ajirotutu. Ladarius Green was also getting more looks on offense with Royal on the sideline. The team still has plenty of weapons, but Royal will be needed back on the field.‘

Royal has been incredible this season and could be considered for a Pro Bowl with his performance this season. He seems to be scoring touchdowns every week and he is moving the chains every time he catches the ball. His ability at the slot position has been huge for the offense. With defenses keeping their attention on the outside receivers and
Antonio Gates, Royal has been able to thrive. He has been getting a lot of the looks from
Philip Riversand he has been doing a great job when the ball is going in his direction.
