Jeromey Clary is eligible to jump onto the practice field this week, but he is not ready to get out there according to Mike McCoy. We still don’t even know if he will be eligible to get on the practice field this season.

Clary would be a nice addition to the roster since he can play at the tackle position and at the guard spot where there are a number of question marks. He has a hip surgery and is one of the toughest SOBs on this roster. He also has been able to fight off all the haters talk and has received some love of late. We only know what we have when we don’t have it anymore.

It would be nice to have Clary back. He is eligible to join the team on the practice field, but it is going to take more time for him to get ready. There has not been many updates on his status while he has been sitting on the PUP list.

Chargers HC Mike McCoy said that OL Jeromey Clary (PUP), eligible to begin practicing this week, is not ready to begin practicing.
