Rivers has been playing out of his brains for the first month of the season. He is acting like it is the last month of the season. Rivers usually warms up toward the end of the season and if that is the case this season, then we are in for an amazing season.

Here are Rivers’ thoughts on the award:

“It’s always appreciated and an honor, but like always, I think it’s more of a reflection of the team this month,” Rivers said, via the team. “It’s an honor collectively because as a unit and a team we’ve put together three really good weeks. From a passing game standpoint, it takes every guy to make it go. The guys up front, the running backs and all the guys getting open in a hurry making tough catches have done that over the last month.”

Can’t wait to see what Rivers does for the rest of the season. He has the weapons and the ability to take this thing a long way. Let’s keep it rolling.
