4. Chargers special teams will not kick to home run threats. Against the Seattle Seahwaks, Nick Novak did whatever he could to keep the ball out of the hands of Percy Harvin. The team did the same thing with CJ Spiller.

The ball is getting kicked to players that are not used to handling the football and it has worked out to start out the year. Novak doesn’t have the ability to boom it out of the end zone, so the team has been creative at getting the ball to other players that can’t hurt them.
