The San Diego Chargers are not going to announce all of their cuts today and plan on making the announcements tomorrow, but there is a little birdie sneaking out info to Michael Gehlken and the other reporters out there. As it stands right now, it looks like Brad Sorensen will be released off of the roster and the team will continue with Philip Rivers and Kellen Clemens as the quarterbacks.

Sorensen had a horrible preseason. He looked like he had regressed since last year and the team will have to look for a young quarterback to groom in another season. Philip Rivers should be playing for a few more years though.

Tevin Reese has not made the cut. Based off of his performance in that final game of the preseason, it was not even a surprise.

Tourek Williams sounds like he won the 5th outside linebacker job over Thomas Keiser. Still not sure if they will still keep Keiser on the roster though. Same situation with Mike Harris and Willie Smith. Harris won the swing tackle role but we may keep Smith on the roster.

There are other cuts happening around the league and the team likely has their eyes peeled on defensive line help.
