San Diego Chargers DE Corey Liuget has been sidelined with a foot injury. He has been battling with the injury during practice. He has tried to get on the field during practice, but has been cut short every time. He needs to rest the foot and get it healthy.

He is in a walking boot at this time and the team is hoping that he will be ready for the start of the year. Mike McCoy has been hush-hush on the injury though. It sounds like Liuget will not be ready to play for Friday’s preseason action against the Seattle Seahawks though.

Liuget is already sidelined with the foot injury and the team also had Lawrence Guy go down in the first preseason game with a shoulder injury. Guy is on the sideline for practice as well.

The depth up front on the defensive line is scary bad. The team needs to find some talent at the position before the season starts.
