San Diego Chagrers WR Malcom Floyd had a great practice yesterday. He was looking like the Malcom of old on the field and that will help bring more life to the offense. When Malcom is healthy, he can stretch a defense and move the chains. He is a tough matchup for corner and will take some attention away from young phenom Keenan Allen.
Here is what Mike McCoy said about Malcom’s practice yesterday:
“He made some big plays for us, and that’s the type of player Malcom is,” McCoy said. “We’re very fortunate to have him back out here. You feel so good for him because he worked so hard to get back, with the situation he had last year.” – ESPN.
Having Floyd back on offense will give the team another big time threat on the field. The team already had Allen, Eddie Royal and Antonio Gates making plays. Floyd gives the team another option. Once Ladarius Green gets thrown into that mix, this offense will be ready to fly.
