Now that first iteration of the San Diego Chargers 2014 schedule is out we get a view into the future.  It just so happens that the Bolts get to play the SuperBowl champ Seahawks in preseason and regular season.  The preseason game will be in week 3, the perfect time to see who can handle the heat and who needs be start packing their stuff.  Seahawks fans are not going to calm down because it’s preseason and I wouldn’t want them too.  It will be great experience for the rookies and it will help the veterans get their minds wrapped around the home game in the regular season.  As Bolt fans, we will need to turn up the volume (think Giants game this year where we booed Eli for four quarters, but on speed) and let the rest of the NFL know we are not just sweet little surfer kids who came out for a day at the park.  San Diegans are the real deal and love our football just as much as any other playoff bound team in the league.

Of course the Chargers will be playing the usual suspects in the AFC West, but the Patriots, Jets, Rams and Jags will all be coming into town.  Chargers road games will include the Bills, Dolphins, Cardinals, Niners and Ravens.  All in all, it’s looking up to be a very good season with a lot of fun match ups!

30 Days to the draft and then the fun gets started!  I’ve got a good feeling this year my friends! ?
