San Diego Chargers WR Keenan Allen has gotten recognition from another media outlet. This time he has been crowned CBSSports.com’s Offensive Rookie of the Year.
Here is a quick insert on Allen from the site:
Why Allen is our choice: Based partially on the contributions of Allen and the help he gave Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers in his career renaissance, the Chargers went to the playoffs, beat the Bengals on the road and gave a scare to the Broncos in Denver. You wouldn’t be wrong going with Allen or Lacy, but we liked Allen just a little better.
Does every site give off these type of awards? Maybe we should make some Bolt Beat awards. Forget rookie of the year and MVP though. We will have to make some team awards that are a little different than most.
Example: Friendly Fire Award Co-Winners: Shareece Wright and Jahleel Addae.
Time to put some of these together. Send in your “AWARDS” and I will compile the best ones in a post. Hit up the comments section.
