The San Diego Chargers need help at the wide receiver position. Keenan Allen was a stud for the whole season, but there was not a lot of production from the other receivers on the roster. Malcom Floyd could be returning from a neck injury and that would be a big boost. Another player that could add a spark is Danario Alexander.

Alexander is a free agent in the offseason and is returning from an injury as well. The team will likely bring him back for another season, per Kevin Acee. He is still young (25) and has a lot of potential.

The Chargers should take the risk on him. Because of his injury history, he won’t demand a high price in free agency. Alexander already has shown a ton of potential for the Chargers, working with Philip Rivers on offense a couple of seasons ggo. If he can stay healthy, he would likely start opposite of Keenan Allen on offense and could be moved around to all the different receiver positions on the field. He can move to the slot and he can play out wide. He can create yards after the catch  and he would be able to make plays down the field. He is a dynamic receiver.

IF Alexander and Allen are healthy, that would be one fun receiving pair to watch. Touchdowns for days!
