Depending on what happened in the morning games, this could be a really interesting game for the Chargers fans to watch or the last game for the Chargers fans to watch. I am putting this post together on Saturday Night and have no idea on what happened in the morning games, but I am believing that this game against the Chiefs will mean something and will be our chance to make it into the playoffs.
The Chargers will get to take on the Chiefs at home, in front of the home crowd, with the ability to lock up a playoff spot. The Chiefs will be resting a lot of their starters and will be trying to keep their main players fresh for the postseason. The Chargers will be fighting tooth and nail for that last spot in the playoffs. Players like Ryan Mathews will give it everything that they have even if they are a bit beat up going into the game.
The Chargers will need to step up and take control of their destiny and get to the postseason. It has been way too long since we have been there. Time to get back to greatness.
If you are new to the open thread, just head to the comments section during the game and share your thoughts on the action. Other Chargers fans will be down there to share their opinions as well.
