The Chargers practice participation report for Friday showed some promising trends.

For starters, Ryan Mathews participated in practice for the first time all week, even though his participation was limited. Mathews will probably play on Sunday, however, depending on how the game goes, may not get his usual 25+ carries. Ryan Mathews was practicing with some ‘heavy ankle tape,’ according to Tom Kravosic of the Union Tribune.

Shareece Wright was upgraded to full participation after a slow start to the week. He is also a ‘probable’ to play on Sunday. Since he is the best corner on the roster, I’m sure he will see his usual amount of action.

Sean Lissemore, the starter at DT after Cam Thomas failed to make enough of an impact, was downgraded to limited participation today. He is also still probable to play on Sunday.
