Time for another NFL Mock Draft for the San Diego Chargers. We have all kinds of needs for the team and the secondary will be at the top of the list.

Here is the selection that the guys over at FanSided chose for the Chargers this time around:

14. San Diego Chargers: Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State

Dennard is arguably the top cover corner in the entire draft, and that fills a huge hole for the Chargers, who have had poor play from their corners all year. Dennard has been a three-year starter for the Spartans and has been consistently productive and improving.

Dennard would be a huge upgrade int he secondary for the Chargers. We were so close in this mock to getting Khalil Mack. There is no way that I would pass on Mack if he falls down to the Chargers. He would help the pass rush a ton.

Dennard would be a nice selection for the Chargers. I always am hesitant with selecting corners in the first round. They have a HIGH BUST rate up there.
