Philip Rivers, Keenan Allen Honored For Performance Against Chiefs

Both Philip Rivers and Keenan Allen were recognized for their performances last weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs. Philip Rivers won the award for FedEx Air Player of the Week for the 3rd time this season. He has been playing well and has kept the offense moving.

The offense was a huge reason for the Chargers win against the Chiefs. They tore the Chiefs defense to pieces and were able to put up the final score in able to get the victory.

Keenan Allen was part of the reason in which Philip Rivers and the offense were able to do so much damage. Allen won Rookie of the Week honors for his performance. He would get open across the middle and was able to pick up a few yards after the catch.

The combination of Philip Rivers and Keenan Allen has been huge this season. Allen has been able to break loose all season long and Philip Rivers has found him a lot.
