As the game against the Kansas City Chiefs is getting closer, some smack talk is getting sent over through some text messages between a couple of former teammates. Chiefs G Jeff Allen sent over a text message over to Chargers Corey Liuget that read:
“Hey,” Allen texted, “you’d better call your team chaplain and have him pray for you.”
Liuget: “I laughed at it, of course.” – UT San Diego
Liuget and Allen were teammates at Illinois. I wish Liuget would have sent over some smack in return.
“Where did you get that uniform, the toilet store?”
Something awesome like that as a response would have worked out pretty well to me.
The best smack talk that Corey can do is by pointing at the scoreboard though. That is all the Chargers need to get done. We need that W!
