The San Diego Chargers got some good news today on the injury report. Jarret Johnson was back on the field for the Chargers defense. He didn’t have a full practice, but he was back out there and he has a chance to be back on the field on Sunday for the defense. If Johnson is on the sideline on Sunday, then the team will have to rely on Tourek Williams and Thomas Keiser in order to be the starting linebackers for the Chargers.
The Chargers were without a couple of offensive linemen at practice again. Nick Hardwick and King Dunlap were both on the sideline today with neck injuries. Hopefully both guys will get back on the field later this week and will be able to join the offense for Sunday’s contest against the Miami Dolphins.
The injuries have been killing us. We have all kinds of guys that we have been depending on, but they have gone to the sideline for different ailments.
Eddie Royal was on the sideline all over again. I know he gets back on the field for game day, but he needs to get back on the practice field still. We need him to get those reps.
