San Diego Chargers LT King Dunlap has returned to practice today. That is some good news on the injury front. The Chargers need to get him back on the field with the injury to Mike Harris. Harris played for Dunlap while he was out and did a good job on the left side. It was a much improved performance from what he did last season while replacing Jared Gaither.

With Harris on the IR, the Chargers only had undrafted free agent Nick Becton and newly signed Mike Remmers to fill in the spot at left tackle. It could have been a bit sketchy for Philip Rivers in the pocket. With Dunlap back on the practice field, it is a good sign that he will be able to participate in the game against the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night.

Dunlap has played well for the Chargers on the left side of the line and has helped Philip Rivers look like an elite quarterback again.
