I finally got a chance to write about the win yesterday. It was a needed win by the boys and the offense stepped their game up. Who would have known that we had 3 reserves starting on the offensive line? They stepped up and held the Dallas pass rush the whole game. Philip Rivers was on fire tossing that ball around to his receivers. He looked like he know what the Dallas Cowboys were doing the whole game.

Philip tossed that ball around for 401 yards and 3 scores. He hit Antonio Gates for 136 yards and a score and Danny Woodhead looked great catching passes out of the backfield. Keenan Allen stepped up with 5 catches and 80 yards.

The defense finally pulled things together. Dez Bryant scored a couple of touchdowns for the Cowboys, but he didn’t light the world on fire. We forced a turnover in the clutch also. Forcing that fumble down late in the 4th quarter was huge to stop the momentum. Kendall Reyes, Corey Liuget and Jarret Johnson all picked up sacks in the game also.

Nice team performance by the Chargers. Big time win for the team.
