It sounds like Malcom Floyd is getting better. We could use him. There still is no timetable on when he will return, but things are looking better a week after the injury:
“He’s getting better,” McCoy said. “You guys will laugh when I say this, but he’s taking it day by day to kind of just get back to where he needs to be.
“I’m not going to set a timetable on it right now today. He’s going to be in. I’m going to sit with the doctors again this afternoon, and kind of figure out exactly where he’s at, and see where we’re at moving forward.”
It would have been nice to have Floyd in the game this last weekend. It is nice to have any of our players available when we can. The offense was still able to move the ball, but there were times where things stalled. Defense is more the concern at this point.
