Manti Te’o and Donald Butler are out at practice again. Te’o has participated in practice all week. He has been limited in his practices, but it definitely is a good step forward for the future. I still am looking for him to make his debut for week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Donald Butler has been slowed with a groin strain, but he will be ready to roll against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. He will be needed to help slow down Crhis Johnson and the Titans run game.
D.J. Fluker has not yet been cleared to practice after his concussion and it will put his status for Sunday’s game in jeopardy. If he is unable to play, Mike Harris will be the starter at right tackle. Harris started for the Chargers at left tackle for a majority of the season last year, but his primary position was right tackle. I am sure the Titans will put him to the test if he is in the game.
