Eagles Lesean McCoy Wouldn’t Mind Rotating Out More

Ever hear of a player that didn’t want the ball every single down? Today is that day. Eagles Lesean McCoy says that Chip Kelly can do a better job of getting the ball to the other players on the field and rotating him in more.
“I didn’t mind it Monday night,” McCoy said this week, per Tim McManus of PhillyMag.com. “I think we can do a better job rotating because it’s a long season. I don’t think I need to have the ball 31, 32 times in a game for us to be a successful offense. We have too many different weapons.”
That could be our best defense against him this weekend. Hopefully he will get rotated out enough for us to make some stops on defense. When he is out of the game, that is just one more playmaker that is not on the field.
McCoy got 31 rushes last week and needed to get rubbed down in the middle of the game to avoid some cramping. Honestly, McCoy is going to gain his yards in the wide open offense. He is going to break some big plays. He still will need some rest from time to time and hopefully the Chargers will be able to make those stops during those times.
