Chargers Defense Could Have Advantage Over Texans Offense

There will already be a lot of focus on Dwight Freeney by the Texans, but there is so much more on that defensive front that they will not account for. We have our form of J.J. Watt in Corey Liuget and he will be lining up on that left guard. Sounds like we could have a nice mismatch on that side. If the left tackle wants to help out, he can let Dwight Freeney run right by him.
The depth at receiver sounds thin and their number 2 guy is returning from a concussion. Plus he will be lining up against Shareece Wright. Did he say IF someone goes down… They must not know how Shareece plays defense. Someone will go down. That is just what seems to happen when Wright is anywhere in the vicinity of a receiver. This time he can do it to the other team though.
I like our matchups on the defensive side of the football. If we want to steal this game, we will have to force the action and force some turnovers. A strip sack, an interception, a forced fumble. We need to create short fields and make some plays. We have the mathups to make something happen.
